About Us

Who is Real Estate Sign Services?

Real Estate Sign Services was established nearly 30 years ago. In July 2003, the business was acquired by Mike and Laura Tomlin. Mike runs the everyday operations while Laura does the paperwork. We are assisted by a full-time installer and post rehabber, Mark, and other family and friends as needed.

What is Real Estate Sign Services?

We custom install YOUR shingle on OUR wood post. You own the shingle (which we store for free) and we
lease our post to you. The sign is installed at the residential address you request and will remain at that
location until we are asked to remove it.
